Soaru connects professional musicians with anyone who wants live music — from a birthday party to a packed bar. Money only changes hands after the show happens, and the cancellation rules are public. Here's the full flow, from both sides.

For those who hire
Hiring through Soaru is 100% free — you pay only the fee you agree on with the musician.
Search by city and genre
Use the regional search or the city pages to see bands, solo acts and DJs near your event, with a filter by music genre.
Choose the musician and the package
Open the profile, watch videos, check the setlist and CPF-verified reviews. Pick a pre-set package based on service radius and duration.
Select date and location
The system checks availability straight from the musician's calendar — no back-and-forth messaging just to find out if the date is free.
Pay with PIX or card
PIX or card in up to 12 installments. The money doesn't go to the musician right away: it's held in escrow at Pagar.me until 48h after the show happens.
Escrow, no mystery
When you pay for a booking, the amount is held in custody (escrow) at Pagar.me — it doesn't go to the musician or to Soaru. It's only released up to 48 hours after the event date, after the dual confirmation: client and musician both mark "show completed" in the app.
Once the show is confirmed, the system releases the split automatically: the musician receives the fee and Soaru keeps the commission for their plan. No manual handling — which protects the client from no-shows and guarantees the musician gets paid.
In exceptional cases (a show that didn't happen, a serious problem), there's a dispute flow with support before any release.
Cancellation policy
The rules apply to every booking and are shown before you pay. The refund depends on who cancels and how far in advance.

And there's more: three cancellations by the musician within six months suspend their account on the platform. Cancelling at the last minute hurts whoever counted on the booking — the rule exists to protect both sides.

Complete your profile to become visible
A complete profile (with location, price packages and calendar) enters search and gets a page in your city under /musicos.
Receive bookings with guaranteed payment
The client pays at booking and the amount is held in escrow. You play knowing the money is already set aside — no defaults.
Confirm the show and receive your split
After the event, client and musician both mark "show completed". The system releases the payout automatically: your fee minus your plan's commission (10% Free, 7% Pro, 5% VIP).
