Cookies are small files that the browser stores so the site works and remembers you between visits. This page explains exactly what Soaru uses — and what it does not use.

1. What we use today

We use only what is essential for the platform to work:

  • Session and authentication cookies: keep you securely logged in to your account (managed by our authentication provider). Without them, you cannot log in.
  • Theme preference (light/dark): stored in the browser's local storage (localStorage), so the site opens in the theme you chose.

Because they are strictly necessary, these items do not depend on consent — without them the platform simply does not work.

2. What we do not use

  • Advertising cookies: we do not use them. We do not display third-party ads or sell advertising space based on your behavior.
  • Cross-site tracking: we do not use social media pixels or trackers.

3. What about analytics?

Today the platform does not use a cookie-based analytics tool. When we adopt one, this policy will be updated beforehand, explaining which tool it is, what data it collects, and, if the law requires it, we will ask for your consent.

4. How to manage cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Since we use only essential cookies, blocking them prevents login and the normal operation of the platform.
